Physical Education – Extension

Year 9 | Year 10

This course is recommended for students who are especially interested in Physical Education and develops students’ foundational skills for SACE Stage 1 and 2 PE.  

  • Performance Improvement (Performance Improvement-Volleyball) 
  • Physical Activity Practical (Practical sport of choice
  • Physical Fitness (Fitness program practical grade) 
  • Elements of Outdoor Education  

Theory topics include but not limited to, fitness training methods, human kinetics, data and skills analysis and SACE preparation. In addition, students must be prepared to do practical activities such as volleyball, fitness and hiking.
