MGHS Cairns STEM study tour
Attention all Year 10 and 11 students! We’re excited to announce that MGHS will be hosting a STEM study tour to Cairns from September 13th-17th. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to explore Australia’s diverse ecosystems and attend the First Nations Space Science and Environment Symposium.
During the tour, you’ll have the chance to visit the Great Barrier Reef, the Daintree Rainforest, and the mangroves, and learn about the unique wildlife and habitats that call these places home. You’ll also get to attend the symposium, which will celebrate First Nations Scientists and inspire Australians to envisage a career in STEM.
This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your horizons, make new friends, and gain valuable knowledge and skills that will serve you well in the years to come.
