Kids Helpline

Kids Helpline is a free, confidential 24-hour telephone counselling service for young people aged 5-25 years. It also offers webchat and email counselling for young people and parents and carers. Phone 1800 551 800, 24 hours.

SA Health Mental Health Triage Service

A 24/7 point of access for mental health emergencies and crisis situations in South Australia. Staffed by mental health clinicians who assess individuals and refer them to appropriate acute response teams. You can reach them by calling 13 14 65. 

Child and Adolescent Virtual Urgent Care Service

The Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) is a free community-based tertiary mental health service provided through the WCHN across South Australia, providing care to those with severe and/or complex mental health needs.

Youth Mental Health Service will provide young people from 16 to 24 years of age with accessible mental health services that are youth friendly and supported by strong collaborative partnerships to achieve the best health, wellbeing and quality of life for young South Australians.
